1. Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns for defective products only. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Timeframe: Defective items must be reported and returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2. Process for Returns
Initiate a Return:

Shipping Costs:
For defective products, Kejani Cleaning Services will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect.
Refund Method: Refunds for products out of stock will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
4. Exchanges
We don’t accept exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please notify us immeditely after of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the defect along with your order details.
We will guide you through the return and refund process.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Products that are not defective.
Returns requested beyond the specified 24 hour timeframe.
